I am a senior at Agnes Scott College in Atlanta, Georgia, where I am finishing up my major in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology with a minor in Public Health. My post-graduation goal is to attend medical school and become a physician. Currently, I am most interested in pursuing Emergency Medicine and am training to become a certified EMT to gain experience and insight into this specialty.

Throughout my time as an undergraduate, I have engaged in numerous experiences to explore my interests in medicine and global health. These include volunteering at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, interning at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and studying abroad in Gaborone, Botswana. I also worked for three semesters as a Biology Learning Assistant at Agnes Scott College’s Resource Center for Math and Science.

I am originally from Fitchburg, Massachusetts, where I lived until I moved to Atlanta to attend Agnes Scott in 2017. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, exercising, and trying out new vegan recipes.
